Above and Beyond Star

This award is for an individual who has used their skills and knowledge to go ‘above and beyond’ to help grow the cruise industry. This could be in the form of taking on additional tasks, mentoring others, spreading awareness, and using their initiative to develop new ideas and concepts. This is open to both cruise lines and travel agents. 

Homeworking Star of the Year

This award is open to homeworking travel agents who work independently or as part of a consortia. Entrants need to demonstrate how they have grown their personal cruise sales and how they have achieved this from new business generation, outstanding customer service and understanding of cruise products and their customer base.

Cruise Line Management Star

This award recognises an outstanding individual who manages a team or department within a cruise line, celebrating their exceptional leadership, support, and relationship-building. Whether through training programs, incentives, personalised support, or innovative communication strategies, this award honours someone who has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure their team/department have the knowledge, confidence, and tools to succeed, ultimately driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. 

Regional Travel Sales Star of the Year (South of England & Wales)

This award recognises an exceptional travel agent who has demonstrated outstanding sales performance and achieved remarkable success in the South of England and Wales. Entrants need to demonstrate how they have grown their personal cruise sales and how they have achieved this from new business generation, outstanding customer service and understanding of cruise products and their customer base.


Trade Sales Star

This award recognised an individual working in a trade-facing sales role within cruise lines. Entrants need to demonstrate how they successfully engaged with travel agents in order to increase revenue, yields and customer numbers while building the line’s trade relationships.

Cruise Line PR Star - UPDATED for 2025!

This award recognises the exceptional public relations efforts by an individual within a cruise line, celebrating innovative and impactful PR campaigns that have enhanced brand reputation, generated positive media coverage, and fostered strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Rising Star of the Year (Cruise Line Employee)

This award recognises an emerging leader or standout team member within a cruise line who has demonstrated exceptional potential, innovation, and performance in their role. The individual will have made a significant impact on the company through their fresh ideas, dedication, and ability to drive positive change in the industry. Whether in operations, marketing, sales, customer service, or any other area, this award celebrates the individual who has shown the most promise in shaping the future of the cruise line, embodying leadership, passion, and a commitment to excellence. 

Travel Agent Destination Star of the Year - NEW for 2025!

This award recognises an individual who has gone above and beyond to learn about a specific destination which has then helped them to secure cruise bookings. Examples can include undertaking training on a destination, working with a tourist board to increase knowledge, supporting colleagues in getting up to speed on a destination or showing how you have used a location to bolster sales.

Travel Agent Star of the Year

This award recognises an individual working for a travel agent who has made an extraordinary impact over the past year. This award looks to celebrate the exemplary travel agent who’s personified the brand’s values and delivered success for the company, whether it’s through increased sales, employee training or executing that winning marketing message.

Cruise Line Sales Star

This award recognises an exceptional individual within a cruise line who has consistently demonstrated excellence in sales for their business. This individual will be celebrated for their outstanding ability to drive revenue, yields, build strong customer relationships, and effectively promote cruise products.

Rising Star of the Year (Travel Agent)

The Rising Star award recognises a travel agent who has shown exceptional promise and made a significant impact early in their career. This individual has quickly established themselves as a standout performer, demonstrating a strong work ethic, passion for the industry, business growth, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Travel Agent Marketing Star

This award recognises the outstanding achievement of an individual in the marketing team within a travel agent, celebrating innovative campaigns, strategies, and initiatives that have significantly elevated brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. 

National Travel Agent Sales Star

This award is open to individuals working for a travel agency business who’ve consistently helped grow and mentor their colleagues over the last year. Entrants need to demonstrate the influential role they played in an individual’s or individuals’ development, explaining how they helped them reach their targets and what challenges they helped them overcome along the way.

Star of the Year

This award recognises an individual working for a cruise line who has made an extraordinary impact over the past year. This award looks to celebrate the exemplary cruise line employee who’s personified the brand’s values and delivered success for the company, whether it’s through increased sales, employee training or executing that winning marketing message.

Trainer Star of the year

This award is for an individual who runs training to help grow the industry, this can be a cruise line or a travel agent. Entrants need to demonstrate how their training activity has benefitted their organisation and supported the career developments of others.
